Located 3 miles from Grand View Lodge lies Bay Colony Inn Family Reunion Resort. Set among the Oaks and Pines on beautiful Gull Lake, ringed by the shores of historic Hole-In-The-Day Bay, this newly-remodeled resort brings a bit of New England to the heart of Minnesota’s finest resort area.

From its sugar sand beach to the unparalleled view of blue sky and water, Bay Colony Resort offers a wonderful family-style vacation.

Bay Colony Inn is made up of lakefront cabins and the Reunion House. Each rental unit includes a microwave, TV, grill, picnic table and access to our game room, playground, and boat rentals. The Reunion House was designed to meet the needs of family reunions and groups of up to 32 people.

Nine existing cabins were replaced with seven two-story units and one single-story unit, providing more rental space and greater privacy for guests. The design and site plan preserve the site’s ambiance, the beauty of the existing mature oak trees, and the seemingly random charm of the existing buildings.
