REGISTRATION AND VISITOR POLICYMinnesota State Law requires that all occupants be registered upon check-in, including infants. The registration card must be fully completed and signed, and any change in occupants must be reported to the office immediately.

We do not charge for visitors, but please inform them that they are not entitled to use any amenities: beach, docks, boats, toys, etc. They must register upon arrival, depart by 9 p.m. and observe all policies.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, REFUNDSAn advance deposit by check of $500 (min.) per lakehouse is required to guarantee reservations. The balance of your bill may be paid with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. You are responsible for the cost of the entire length of stay covered by your reservation and your deposit will be applied to the last night(s). In the event you cancel your reservation, your deposit may be refunded (minus a $30 handling fee) ONLY IF WRITTEN NOTICE IS RECEIVED 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. If written cancellation is received less than 60 days before arrival date, your deposit (minus a $30 handling fee) will be refunded ONLY IF you find your own replacements or ONLY IF we are able to re-rent the unit for the same period of time, at the same price, plus tax.

Sorry, but we do not allow pets of any type or size, camping, tenting, RV hookups or overnight parking of mobile homes on the premises. We do not allow fish cleaning, motors, bicycles or similar equipment or activities in the cottages. Smoking is allowed on the decks, but not inside the cottages.
