REGISTRATION AND VISITOR POLICYMinnesota State Law requires that all occupants be registered upon check-in, including infants. The registration card must be fully completed and signed, and any change in occupants must be reported to the office immediately.

We do not charge for visitors under 4 hours but please inform them that they are not entitled to use any amenities: beach, docks, boats, toys, etc. They must register upon arrival, depart by 9 p.m. and adhere to all policies. If visitors stay longer than 4 hours, a charge of $10 per/day will be added to your bill, but this charge does not entitle them to use the beach or any other amenities or equipment.

In fairness to full-paying guests, usage of our amenities requires payment of full nightly charge per person.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, REFUNDS (Family Reunion House )To make a confirmed reservation, you will receive a Rental Agreement to read, sign and return to us together with a non-refundable $500 deposit check. This $500 will be converted into a damage/excess cleaning deposit and returned within 10 days of checkout if not required, but will not be applied against the amount due for lodging. Nothing further is required until 60 days before your arrival date, at which time payment in full by check or credit card is required, in the amount shown in the Rental Agreement. Please note that once you return the signed Rental Agreement, you are responsible for the cost of the entire stay covered by your reservation. In the event you cancel your reservation you will still be responsible for the entire amount stipulated in the Rental Agreement, although you may find your own replacement, or we will attempt to re-rent it for you if requested.

Sorry, but we do not allow pets of any type or size, camping, tenting, RV hookups or overnight parking of mobile homes on the premises. We do not allow fish cleaning, bicycles, motors or similar activities or equipment in our Family Reunion House but will provide equipment storage space if requested. Smoking is permitted on the 2nd story smoking deck or on the patio, but not inside the building..
